This policy outlines our approach to returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations. It aims to provide clarity and build trust with our valued customers, while ensuring consistency in how we handle post-purchase concerns.

 


 

1. Scope of the Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is applicable exclusively to purchases made through our official website: www.laxmidals.com.

It does not apply to:

  • Purchases made at physical retail outlets.

  • Orders placed through third-party platforms, distributors, or e-commerce marketplaces (such as Amazon, Flipkart, India Mall, etc.).

 


 

2. Return & Refund Policy

We maintain a strict No Return, No Refund policy in order to preserve the quality, safety, and freshness of our food products.
However, exceptions may be considered in rare and genuine cases, such as:

  • Product is expired at the time of delivery.

  • The product arrives in a damaged condition due to transit mishandling.

To Qualify for an Exception:

Customers must fulfill all the following conditions:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Ensure the product is unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging.

  • Provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage/issue to assist our internal quality team in evaluation.

Important: We do not issue cash or bank refunds. Instead, a discount coupon or shopping voucher will be issued, which can be redeemed on a future purchase—giving you the opportunity to shop again with added value.

 


 

Please Note:

  • Delivery charges, handling fees, and COD (Cash on Delivery) charges are non-refundable.

  • Self-shipped or returned items without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for consideration.

  • Refund value will be equal to the product value excluding logistics and transaction costs.

 


 

3. Exchange Policy

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, exchanges are not offered unless a valid issue is identified, such as:

  • Product received is physically damaged.

  • Product is expired at the time of delivery.

Exchange Conditions:

To initiate an exchange, you must:

  • Contact us at laxmiprotein@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear images/videos along with your order ID and description of the issue.

  • The original product must be returned (if requested) before a replacement is processed.

⚠️ Exchanges are subject to product availability. If we are unable to offer the same product, we may issue a voucher or discount code as a substitute.

 


 

4. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

Cancellation Window:

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.

    Make sure to include your order number and a brief reason for cancellation.

Important Conditions:

  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.

  • Orders that are customized or personalized are non-cancellable.

  • Upon successful cancellation, we will issue a shopping voucher equivalent to the product value (after deducting applicable processing fees).

Please allow up to 7 working days for the voucher to be issued following a valid cancellation request.

 


 

5. General Terms

  • Laxmi Toor Dals reserves the right to refuse a return, exchange, or refund request if it does not comply with our policies.

  • Fraudulent claims or misuse of our policies may lead to permanent denial of service or legal action.

  • All decisions made by our internal quality team will be considered final and binding.
